Returns & Exchanges
At Elegante Bed Linen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not fully pleased, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at support@elegantebedlinen.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we may review the issue and make it right.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
